Parkrun wedding as JS couple tie the knot!

You might be interested to know that two of our lovely members recently tied the knot!

While Anna Hulme and Christopher Cunningham, who won our Achiever of the Year in the 2025 4J Awards, didn’t meet through jogscotland (they joined us as a couple), they certainly celebrated in true JS style.

The day before their wedding, they took part in a very special parkrun ‘wedding’, with lots of our amazing members turning up to support them — dressed in veils, wedding finery, and plenty of smiles!

‘Carluke jogscotland is such a big part of our lives,’ said Anna.

‘We’ve made so many amazing friends and it’s helped us feel part of the local community l! The turnout for our pre wedding parkrun meant the world to us.’
