CPR training for jog groups with BHF Heartstart
Wednesday 3 July 2019

The British Heart Foundation (BHF) is offering to provide its Heartstart CPR training to jogscotland groups, in exchange for donations that can be used in their shops.
CPR, or cardiopulmonary resuscitation, is a lifesaving medical procedure given to someone who is in cardiac arrest (find out more). By learning how to carry it out, you could help save a life. The Heartstart course is about an hour long, with a 20 minute video, followed by a practical session using resuscitation dolls.
Groups can register with us, and we’ll aim to match them with a local BHF store where the training will take place, in exchange for any donations you can spare. Useful items include clothes, bags, toys, books, CDs & vinyl, DVDs and Blu rays. They can also take more unusual items such as collectables, antiques, vintage, furniture, jewellery and electrical to sell online.
If your group would like to be involved, please register online and we will be in touch to link you up with a store.
