Our Saturday morning 10K session starts from different locations around the city. Each week’s location is usually sent on a Wednesday to the group by WhatsApp, so if you’d like to join us for the first time, please contact Westwoods or a jog leader in advance to find out where our meeting place will be. Cost: £3 per person or £25 for 10 weeks. This group is suitable for people able to run for 30 minutes or 4km. Please note that there is no car parking available at Westwoods.
